ENGINEERING PHILOSOPHY
Engineering is the foundation of every Arus Motorsport build. Each car begins with a clean-sheet space-frame chassis, fabricated from a fully welded tubular structure developed specifically for its application.
Unlike replica flat or ladder-style chassis, the space-frame architecture delivers superior torsional rigidity and controlled load distribution under dynamic conditions. This approach reflects our motorsport background, prioritizing safety, predictability, and structural integrity.
The chassis is enclosed with individually formed aluminum panels, riveted and sealed to create a rigid monocoque-style structure that exceeds common replica standards. Suspension geometry is purpose-designed, featuring adjustable control arms, competition-grade coilovers, and a bespoke rear system for precise setup. Every component is selected to function as part of a cohesive engineering system.

BUILD PROCESS
Each Arus Motorsport car is commissioned and built through a structured, transparent process focused on consistency, quality, and client involvement.
The build begins with an initial consultation to define the vehicle’s intended use and historical configuration. While the engineering platform remains consistent, specifications are tailored to match the client’s objectives before fabrication begins.
Chassis construction, aluminum paneling, and structural assembly are completed in-house, followed by mechanical installation, bodywork fitting, and final assembly. Every stage is handled by a specialized team experienced in competition and high-performance builds.
Before delivery, each vehicle undergoes comprehensive inspection and validation to ensure mechanical integrity, correct setup, and reliability—resulting in a finished car that balances historical authenticity with modern engineering discipline.

COMPONENTS & PARTNERS
Component selection at Arus Motorsport follows the same engineering-driven philosophy: proven performance, reliability, and relevance to the application.
We collaborate exclusively with established competition-grade suppliers whose products meet strict technical and durability standards. Every component is sourced from a carefully selected network of manufacturers recognized for expertise within their disciplines.
Representative partners include Wilwood for braking systems, QA1 for suspension and damping, Prestige Motorsports for powertrain development, and Goodyear for period-correct performance tires.
These partnerships ensure that every major system is supported by components with documented motorsport history. Nothing is chosen for marketing value alone—each element is selected for its functional contribution to the vehicle as a whole.
